The ideal candidates will have the following experience:

2. Support Technicians (All Shifts)
Respond to customer support tickets and email; assist clients in resolving client side issues; when issue can not be resolved by TSR, escalate the issue to a senior support staff member; maintain excellent email/support ticket rapport with customers while gathering concise information and limiting overall support time; maintain knowledge of all proprietary tools and systems to ensure proper handing of customer issues; adeptly utilize resources both within and outside Re-invent to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with the following:

• ASP, ASP.NET 1.1, ASP.NET 2.0 Technologies
• SQL 2000 and SQL 2005
• SMTP, IMAP, LDAP, POP3 Email Protocols
• Microsoft DNS
• Microsoft FrontPage
• Setting permissions
• Resetting passwords (FTP, FrontPage, Email, Stats, SQL)
• Client side email configuration
• Client side FTP configuration
• FrontPage extensions
• Domain and Hosting Renewals
• DNS transfer
• Registrar transfer
• Domain name pointer
• New Domain name registration
• Setting up new accounts
